First, a bit of my back story...
When I was made redundant from my longstanding corporate vitamin company job as a marketing project manager in 2008, I had no plans to start a full-time business. But as soon as my employer’s competitors and customers heard I was moving on, I started getting phone calls from them asking me to write their marketing copy.
At first I thought I’d just work on those projects for pocket money til the right full-time job opportunity came up, but after a few months it slowly dawned on me that I didn’t want a job at all... and that running a business helping brands I believed in with their marketing wasn’t just a dream I could strive for – it was something I was already doing!
More than 17 years later, I’ve probably written more health marketing content than almost anyone in the country.
In that time, my business has evolved to offer marketing coaching, courses and consulting in addition to health copywriting and content creation, and to serve clients in adjacent industries too – and my passion for helping businesses that make the world a better place has only gotten stronger!

I firmly believe that equipping people to make smart decisions for their physical, mental, spiritual and financial wellbeing helps make the world a happier, healthier place. That ripple effect is why I choose to help clients in natural health, coaching and consulting to share their message, connect with their people, and expand their impact.

KINDNESS MAKES THE WORLD GO ROUND
Marketing that’s kind is clear, credible, and empowering. It’s not pushy, and it doesn’t use fear or shame to motivate people into action. Instead, it gives people permission to expand their sense of what’s possible, opportunities to explore their options, and the safety to make moves that feel right for them.
Coming from a kind place also means I’ll always prioritise what’s in your best interests over making a sale, so you can trust me to give you good guidance about whether my products and services are your next right step.
EMPATHY IS A MARKETING SUPERPOWER
I’m highly empathic - so when we work together, I’ll always be acutely aware of what’s going on for your clients and customers, tuning into their hopes and dreams, and thinking about how we can help them feel seen, heard and understood.
Doing business with empathy also means accepting everyone for who they are and where they’re at. It means celebrating diversity; creating a warm, welcoming and inclusive environment; and holding space for every aspect of the human experience.
STRATEGY AND INTENTION ARE LIKE YIN AND YANG
The best outcomes happen when you’re clear about your vision and purposeful about your actions. As a strategic thinker, I’m always looking a few steps ahead, assessing whether what we’re working on together is grounded in sound marketing practice and moving you in the direction of your goals.
At the same time, the way you show up in your business and content has a real impact on the way your audience perceives you, and is what inspires them to know, like, trust and buy from you. Fun facts about me
I instinctively knew I was going to be a herbalist from the first time I heard the word at 15 years old (even though I didn’t actually know what a herbalist was!), and I’ve lived and breathed natural medicine ever since
I’m an old-school naturopath, herbalist and nutritionist who graduated waaaaay back in the dark ages when natural medicine was considered weird and wacky, and when we spent as much time learning about plant energetics as we did about nutritional biochemistry
It’s no surprise then that I’m into both the woo-woo and the science. I’m in my element diving into a good research paper and creating factual, evidence-based content - but I also love helping you lean into your soul’s calling and unique gifts and embody them in your marketing to create genuine resonance with the people you’re here to help
I have a particularly powerful affinity with herbal medicine and a deep connection with the plant kingdom - I’ve even teamed up with a friend to develop my own range of flower essences, Tribe of the Tree
I’m powered by meditation, medicinal mushrooms, adaptogenic herbs, copious cups of tea, and Tribe of the Tree’s Pure Potential, Dragon Slayer and Destiny Calls flower essences
As a stereotypical Gemini, I have a quicksilver brain that’s always coming up with a thousand ideas at once and joining dots others haven’t even noticed yet. I love nothing better than yapping on camera or in a room full of fabulous people – but when the time comes to get some serious writing or thinking done, I immerse myself in a little bubble to find my flow (only to pop out again hours later, surprised to learn that the world has moved on without me!)
My best ideas come when I’m bush walking, and you’ll find me talking to the trees in my closest National Park a few times a week
