I am.

Born and raised in “El ombligo de la Luna,” (The bellybutton of the moon) known as México. There, I discovered the colors and the warmth of humanity, sense of humor & spirituality. I found a way of expression through movement and creation. I was taught the stillness of the mind through meditation and the power of intention.

In 2014, moved by my curiosity for life & love, I started a new journey in Canada.

My yoga and meditation practice was my home; it was the tool that kept me centered through the process of change.

But soon enough, Yoga became my voice, my passion, and my cOMmunity through the creation of Pop Up Yoga Lethbridge and the co-creation of the New Moon Women's Circle. By working with women and for women, I embraced my feminine essence. I found a safe space of acceptance and connection with my deepest self.

I discovered unconditional love, and I recognized the value of sisterhood.

In 2017, I encountered the duality of Birth and Death.

This pivotal year propelled me into a new chapter, leading me unexpectedly down the path of becoming a Birth Doula (even though I would faint with the sight of blood back then!).

With an open heart, I surrendered to the guiding thread of synchronicity.

Imbued with knowledge from remarkable teachers and rooted in ancient healing traditions, I embraced this unforeseen journey. Through supporting my doula clients, I've been entrusted with their most intimate and vulnerable moments, a privilege for which my gratitude knows no bounds.

Witnessing the sacred and sometimes traumatic transition of childbirth, and the way it impacted my clients and their relationships, I was led back to the cherished dream of my youth – becoming a Therapist.

I see my work as cyclical - a continuous exploration of the origins of our wounds.

Through this process, we can illuminate a transformative path, alchemizing our existence into one that resonates with deeper meaning, empowerment, authenticity, and living life in spiritual alignment.

In the present, I am Choosing Love & Pleasure as a path to the Divine through Sacred Sexuality, Alchemical Breathwork & sharing grounded healing through the wisdom of Plant Medicine!

I recognize the divine being within you and when I recognize it in you, I recognize it in myself.

I am enough, just as i am.
