My heart beats a little bit faster every time I have the privilege to share, witness, and support someone through their transformative journey. And that’s exactly what therapy means to me.
The first time I joined therapy it was because I was tired of my own automatic reactions to challenging moments. I was confused about not receiving what I thought I needed. I was exhausted from keeping my emotions to myself, not communicating properly, and the impact it was having on my relationships.
I didn’t need a change.
I needed to transform and birth a new version of myself.
The human experience can be exhausting and confusing at times… “Can I just get a break!?”
If you are reading this, it’s likely you may have reached a point of exhaustion and the logical brain keeps telling you “but, I don’t know why/how…”
I’ve been there. The body holds inner stories that are trying to be told, but when the mind doesn’t know how to process them, they show up as anxiety, depression, and/or behaviors that directly impact our connection to ourselves and others.
Early childhood experiences are more alive than we think.
If your inner child is wounded, this is a wonderful opportunity to actively re-parent yourself, so you can grow and show up in your life, with a more cohesive, integrated, and grounded sense of self.

Couples: $180 - $200 + GST/ 1h
Sacred Sexuality for couples: $300 + GST / 90 min

Would counselling be covered by health benefits?
If you have extended health benefits, please check with your Insurance Provider before your first session to ensure that your plan covers the “Registered Counsellor” "Counselling" designation of health professionals.
Sun Life, Blue Cross, Green Shield, Claim Secure, Equitable Life of Canada, ManuLife, are some health benefits companies that generally cover RTCs.
When requested, I will provide you with a receipt after payment. You may then submit that to your insurance company.
My Extended Health benefits do not cover counselling with an RTC. What are my options?
If your Insurance Provider does not cover counselling fees or only partially covers its costs, please inquire about sliding scale payment options. Please do not hesitate to contact me to discuss this further if this is your situation.
