In collaboration with the Flying Sage
This four-part experience, starting October 8 and continuing every other Tuesday, will teach you how to use breath as a sacred tool to release emotional layers, activate your energetic channels, and harness your creative potential.
In each session, will include a discussion followed by a guided through powerful breathwork practices combined with full body movement and Integration.
Oct 8: Break the Shell
Break free from old patterns, stepping into your authentic self with an open heart.
Oct 22: Open the Central Channel
Activate your energetic channels from root to crown. Clearing the pathway for connection with yourself to the Divine.
Nov 5: Awaken Shiva and Shakti Within
Balance your inner masculine and feminine energies and experience the Divine Union.
Nov 19: Sex Magic Manifestation
Harness the energies of earth and sky, mother and father, to manifest your desires.
(Prerequisite: at least one of the previous session required or have done Inner Matrimony workshop)
