Once weekly for 16 weeks
A structured, sequential container focused on regulation as the foundation.
Each session builds deliberately on the previous one. The emphasis is steady repetition, increasing stress threshold capacity, and the development of regulation autonomy over time.
Sessions follow a consistent format and include practical self-regulation tools, guided breathwork, and immediate down-regulation to reinforce return-to-baseline capacity.
Progress is measured through observation — including structured periods of extended quiet at the beginning and near completion of the container — allowing you to directly experience shifts in agitation tolerance and recovery speed.
This container is suited for those willing to engage in steady weekly practice within a defined structure.

An extended container for continued practice within the established structure.
This year builds directly on the foundation developed in the 16-week container. The emphasis is sustained regulation, expanded bandwidth capacity, and deeper personal integration over time.
Sessions maintain the same steady format — practical tools, guided breathwork, and structured return-to-baseline sequencing — allowing regulation autonomy to mature and stabilize under greater complexity.
As capacity increases, participants engage in more refined awareness of personal patterns and blind spots within a regulated framework.
Structured periods of extended quiet are repeated at defined intervals throughout the year to observe measurable shifts in nervous system bandwidth and recovery speed.
Completion of the 16-week Foundations container is required prior to entry.
