Ok, so... can you relate to looking like you have it all together… while secretly feeling super scared and lost and disconnected on the inside, but you don't know what to do about it... so you just keep pushing through and hope that no one notices and everything will turn out okay in the end?

Well, I can.

And I was so ashamed to admit it that I hid it for years. Over a decade to be precise 🫣

On the outside, I came across as bright-eyed and bushy tailed. Intelligent and ready to take on the world. Like I had it all figured out. 🙄People commented all the time on how "put together" and "happy" I looked!

(Fun fact: I wasn't)

Inside, I felt like I was slipping further away from the woman I really was. I was burned out from carrying everyone else’s needs, holding myself to impossible standards, and pretending I had it under control when I didn’t. I didn't know who I was, or what I wanted— only that I longed for something more.

I wanted more than achievements on paper. I wanted to feel ALIVE again. Fulfilled. Confident in my own skin. Clear on what I was moving toward and why it mattered to me.

I tried EVERYTHING, and girl, when I say everything, I mean EVERYTHING (the following list is not the full list, otherwise we'd be here all day). Yoga, meditation, self-help books, energy work, exercising more, talk therapy, even prescription drugs(!). And some of them did help! Either for a short time, or they only took the edge off. But nothing on its own was giving me the big permanent shift I was looking for.

What I didn’t realize then was that I was trying to reach my goals in a way that was completely out of sync with how my female body and mind are designed to thrive. I was pushing in a linear, grind-it-out way that drained me, instead of working with my natural rhythms and inner alignment.

The big shift came when I stumbled across the "transform at your core" somatic and mindset approaches I use now. They helped me reconnect with my body’s wisdom, build confidence from a place of self-love, and work towards my dream goals in a way that was actually fun and sustainable. For the first time, success didn’t mean exhaustion. It meant freedom.

And this is the same journey I guide women through everyday. Women who are outwardly successful but secretly feel scared, guilty, or unfulfilled. Women who are tired of pushing to prove their worth and instead want to exist as fullest, most authentic version of who they are.
