For a long time, I didn’t. I’d sit in silence, wondering, What now? How do I just let it go? It felt like a mystery, until I attended a retreat where the facilitator led us through a deceptively simple exercise.
That simple exercise changed everything for me! It helped me realize I wasn’t grounded, present, or living in my fullest expression. When I asked her if embracing this new way of being would make me boring, (something I feared), she smiled and said,
“No, it will give you balanced vitality.”
Those words have stayed with me since 2007, guiding me as I’ve explored what it truly means to let go, ground myself, and live with intention. To this day, the inner work continues as a continuous ebb and flow. I am here for it.
