Deep Healing Package
Experience deep healing through four individual sessions with Jeannine.
Includes four unique sessions (in order):

All services are available in-person at Fully Align Studio, or Jeannine will meet you in the comfort of your home for a fee. Please note that Deep Healing packages expire after four months.

Boundaries Sessions | Maximum 4 Participants
When you struggle with boundaries, you usually find yourself people pleasing. To understand when you are doing it, well… that comes down to self-awareness. As someone trying to be nice, you could feel that by not conforming to what is being asked, you are disrespecting that person, when in reality, you are not respecting yourself. This can lead to confusion, upset, regret, resentment, disappointment and continually doing things out of fear and obligation.
When you start to look at where it stems from, who taught you that boundaries weren't of great importance... when did you lose your sense of boundaries... how does not having boundaries make you feel... you become aware boundaries are a helpful thing to consider.
When you dare to set boundaries, you dare to create more space for you, to take a deeper look at what may be holding you back or blocking your capacity to honour your inner being. The journey to understanding a deeper sense of self by uncovering, within the BODY, just how powerful your boundaries truly are, is a present in presence that will keep on giving to YOU!
It all starts with curiosity and awareness! Dive deeper and discover just how your boundaries move within you as you listen to your body and witness the shifts as you go.
When you take time for yourself and heal those parts of you that are not seen, unknown, snuffed and stuffed, so much opens up and your life starts to transform.
