Legacy Ministry Network began many years ago as God developed a passion in me to help serve all ministry leaders.

I have learned so much from having served Pastors for more than 20 years now. And found their greatest need is community. Authentic Covenant community is the foundation of LMN.

While leading & serving Pastors and ministry leaders has been core essence of who Janna and I are for more than 20 years. The catalyst for Legacy Ministry Network was birthed through a prophetic word from Bishop Tony Miller, who was my spiritual father. Bishop imparted a word of knowledge which was recorded for Janna and I in October of 2019. The revelation of that word did not become clear to us until early 2021. The prophetic word from my spiritual father confirmed what Janna and I knew was our divine appointment and gave us the release to launch LMN.

Dwayne & Janna Deskins

President of Legacy Ministry Network.

Dwayne Deskins along with His wife Janna have been serving and equipping people in life and relationships for nearly 40 years. Dwayne has served in many capacities through these years including giving oversight to leaders of churches in 2 states in the PNW. He has also served in 2 key national church leadership roles. Including more than 20 years senior pastor.

Dwayne has taken those skills learned and applied them in various ways as He continues to build people’s lives.

He has been certified as a trainer with the D.I.S.C. Personality, and is also a certified Trainer with Prepare-Enrich; conducting seminars across the U.S.; and with Couple’s Communication and most recently added a certification with the Acts 2 Journey.

He is a trainer, coach and consultant to many pastors and coaches across the nation

Healthy relationships, systems and structures flow from him whenever opportunity arises!

Dwayne is passionate about building the Kingdom of God through strengthening, encouraging and challenging pastors and church leaders across the nation.

Dwayne’s relentless passion to draw out and empower leaders to fully live the dream that is within them was birthed from His own journey in answering the mandate of the Lord upon his life as a Pastor and leader in the body of Christ. He has drawn on and shares from nearly 40 years in ministry and leadership in various positions and venues across the U.S. Healthy relationships, systems and structures flow from him whenever opportunity arises!

Eddie & Karen Jones

Lead Pastors of Gear City Church

Eddie & Karen have been serving in ministry for 32 years as staff pastors, camp directors and Lead Pastors. They have a heart to help people far from God to experience Jesus in a way that would change their eternity. In 2003 they launched Gear City Church in Rolla, Missouri with a missional vision to do exactly that. Throughout the past 19 years they have helped hundreds of people experience the love the Jesus.

Being married for 35 years, they are passionate about helping others develop healthy marriages that will grow closer for many years to come. They have hosted a Marriage Conference for more than 15 years as well as speaking many other conferences around the nation.

Eddie & Karen love connecting Pastors to Pastors in relationship. As we all serve the Kingdom we all celebrate the same victories and face the same challenges as Pastors. They have developed a connection of Pastors in their circle of influence that provides support, growth and camaraderie among churches and pastors.

They are passionate about spending time with family. They have a daughter who is a nurse and they love to spend time with their three grandchildren.

Charles & Janice Scott

Vice-president of External Affairs for ORU

Charles Scott served as the General Bishop of the Pentecostal Church of God from 2007 to 2015. During his time with the Pentecostal Church of God, he obtained the Series 63 license and established a Church loan fund. He was also Chairman of the Board of Messenger College and served for a period as Interim President. While leading the PCG, Charles served on the Admissions Committee of the Pentecostal Charismatic Churches of North America, the Empowered 21 North American Cabinet, the Board of Reference, Oral Roberts University and the Leadership Committee of America for Jesus.

2015 Charles accepted the role of Vice-President of Business Affairs, Operations, and Advancement at The King’s University, located in Southlake, Texas.

2018, Charles was made the Executive Director of Church and Educational Partnerships at Oral Roberts University. In 2020, he accepted the position of Vice-president of External Affairs for ORU. He has oversight of public relations, communications,

He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in General Business from Missouri Southern State University, Master's degree in Business Administration from Missouri State University. Charles has a Doctor of Education degree from Oral Roberts University. He also holds a Doctorate degree in theology from the School of Bible Theology. media productions and Golden Eagle Broadcasting

In March 2022, he and his wife, Janice, will celebrate 41 years of marriage. They have two children, Eric and Michelle, and four grandchildren.

Charlie & Sharon Sweet

A modern day Prophetic voice to the church.....

Pastor Charlie is the President/CEO of Sweet Life Consulting, Inc. The Sweets are members of New Testament Church, in Massena, NY and also they attend Revive Church in Stuart, Florida. Charlie and Sharon live in Tequesta, Florida.

The Sweets have been in the ministry for 48 years holding various leadership positions in the local church setting, and they minister prophetically in churches throughout the US and Canada. They have been married for 47 years and they love going through life’s journey together sharing God’s blessings with family and friends. Charlie and Sharon love to take long walks along the ocean taking in the wonderful sites and sounds of South Florida living. They have four awesome married children and thirteen grandchildren.
