Affiliate Terms Of Service

Introduction

This Affiliate Service Terms (the "Terms") is an agreement between Miodrag Digital, a UK-based corporation ("Company"), and you ("Affiliate"). The aim of these Terms is to allow the Affiliate to endorse the Company's products and services ("Products") and to earn commissions from subsequent sales.

Duration

These Terms come into effect upon Affiliate's acceptance and continue until either party terminates the agreement, requiring a 30-day written notice.

Affiliate Engagement

Affiliate Responsibilities

The Affiliate must make a fair effort to promote the Products, ensuring no engagement in deceptive, unscrupulous, or illegal marketing activities. The Affiliate must adhere to all UK laws, regulations, and guidelines.

Commissions

Trademarks

Liability Limitation

Miodrag Digital will not be held responsible for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages that may occur in relation to this agreement or the Products.

Dispute Settlement

Any disputes that emerge under or in relation to these Terms will be settled through binding arbitration, following the regulations of the American Arbitration Association.

Full Agreement

These Terms represent the full agreement between the parties, replacing all previous discussions, understandings, and agreements.

Assignment

The Affiliate may not assign these Terms without Miodrag Digital's prior written approval.

Independent Contractor Status

The Affiliate operates as an independent contractor; these Terms do not establish a partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship between the parties.
