To make your sure have support all year round, you have access to me via email and text. This extra support is important when you are working on taking down a sabotaging behavior or working to create a new habit. Cultivating awareness is a full-time job and so there is a need for support when you are changing patterns.
Customized notes and lifework from our sessions that reinforce the salient points. I strongly encourage you to keep a notebook of our sessions, so you can refer back to them. The assignments, if you choose to do them, help you go deeper into your growth. They are not mandatory, but it helps illuminate important points and expedites personal expansion.
