The last couple years have been relentless.
Throughout historically troubling times, you have raised babies.
You’ve kept going - day in, day out.
You are superhuman. Own that shit.
But some days, you’re probably not feeling it.
You're struggling to own your power.
These past couple years have left us in a constant state of worrying, wondering and crossing our fingers that things will get better.
And as much as I have been angry, sad or frustrated, there’s one thing that’s never left me — I have tremendous hope.
Hope that we can keep going. Hope that we’ll make it. Hope that we can learn incredibly valuable lessons from this (never-ending) season. Hope that, while we’re tired, we are also stronger than ever. Hope that there will continue to be silver linings and magical moments because I'm already seeing them #everydamnday.
That hope is what led me to create my Hope, Happiness and Mental Health Challenge.
This 5 day challenge aims to provide a place for comfort as you navigate trying times.
Five Days to Challenge Your Status Quo
My Hope, Happiness and Mental Health challenge is specifically designed to provide hope, happiness, comfort, and connection that will tremendously benefit your mental health.
During this challenge, we dig into fear, courage, control, emotions, relationships, boundaries, and joy.
This challenge was so amazing and eye opening for me. It reminded me that I'm a badass mama, a great friend that makes times for my relationships, and how grateful I am to be surrounded by people that love and support me and don't be afraid to reach out to them for help. I learned to give myself credit for all the amazing steps I've taken this year to be a better version of me. I deserve it! I'm worthy! Thank you Sara and team! Forever grateful!
