Too often women get stuck in patterns they can’t seem to move past. This can be due to being overwhelmed, being treated differently by society due to systemic barriers, having many responsibilities, it can be due to grief, trauma, or other experiences they've faced…many reasons.
I support women to see that shifts are attainable by acknowledging and accessing their abilities within themselves. I lead transformational change by making shedding the past possible so women can accomplish their dreams in a lighter, motivated state of being.

Executive Coaching for Female Leaders
You will work through identifying your goals and putting them into practice to make them more attainable. Through my signature system of analyze, identify, advise, and execute, I put compassion first. I will offer a listening ear and genuine support including sharing my knowledge and expertise to help you make a plan for transformation.
This program is a selective community available for 12 female leaders wanting to experience deep, transformational change. It is relationship-based and allows us to get to know one another on a deep level.
It is a 12-month program where we will:·
Meet every week over video conference or phone
Meet for a retreat twice a year for 3 days face-to-face
One more in-person retreat will be added once the program has a minimum of 10 leaders. This will be a group retreat where all participants can meet to discuss their unique and collective barriers and breakthroughs.
The destinations will all have high end accommodations and you will be flown business or first class – all logistics will be taken care of for you.
